Mr. Shelby McCue comes to our law firm from Exxon Mobil Corporation, where he spent 29 years working in the upstream oil and gas business as a Petroleum Negotiator and Land Advisor. As an International Petroleum Negotiator, he closed multi-million dollar transactions in Australia, the North Sea, and France. He has extensive experience in contract negotiations requiring expertise in asset sales, stock sales, Purchase and Sale Agreements.  He is experienced in all areas of complex indemnification agreements.  Mr. McCue spent his last 3 years with an ExxonMobil subsidiary in Papua New Guinea, ensuring corporate compliance with International Finance Corporation standards relating to project financing.
