Marissa Rogers
Attorney
After being licensed to practice law since 1984, Marissa Rogers, began her career as an Assistant District Attorney. She has prosecuted cases involving felonies and misdemeanors from Attempted Capital Murder to DWI to crimes involving property such as theft. Her varied trial experience has given her the knowledge and ability to effectively represent our clients in a variety of criminal allegations. Marissa currently handles most of the traffic violation docket and is more than capable of negotiating, arguing and when necessary, taking these cases to trial.
In Texas, a conviction for a traffic violation can lead to points added to your driving record, surcharge penalties assessed that are separate from any court ordered penalties, fines and court costs imposed by the court, driver’s license suspension or revocation, and increases in your auto insurance rates.
Marissa Rogers is qualified to advice you of your legal options, to represent you in court and help you avoid or minimize these consequences.
